What rights do I have over my personal data that Premise has on file?

Premise takes data privacy seriously and ensures compliance with both GDPR and CCPA regulations. You can request access to view or modify your personal data that Premise has on file, or you can request to have your personal data deleted or transferred from the Premise environment. 

To make a request, click “Submit a request” and enter “Contributor Data Request” in the subject line along with the information in the other requested fields. Premise Support staff will confirm your request, verify your identity, and work with you to fulfill your request. 

NOTE: This applies to Contributors. For customers, please refer to the MSA and work with your sales representative for additional information.
