If you believe your task was rejected incorrectly, please refer first to the “Why was my task rejected?” article. If you believe the rejection was still made in error, please contact us under the Account tab in the app with the following information:
- Time and date when you completed the task
- Name of the task
- A screenshot of the completed task (make sure the title of the task and the date are visible)
- Any additional information that would help clarify your task
