If your withdrawal is pending, please take the following steps:
1. Confirm that you have entered the correct email address into Premise. If you have entered the wrong payment account, simply add a new payment account with the correct information.
2. Log into your account through your payment provider’s website or mobile app. Please make sure that your account is activated and there are no holds on your account.
