If you're unable to see any tasks, it's possible that other Premise Contributors in your area have already reserved them, that you aren't in a location where Premise is active, or you need to adjust your phone settings.
Please ensure that:
- You’re connected to a strong wifi or data connection.
- Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Your location services (GPS) are enabled (for Android devices) and set to high accuracy; your precise location is enabled for Premise (for iOS devices, version 14+).
- Your phone clock is set to update automatically.
- You’re using the latest version of the Premise app. See the article “How do I upgrade to the latest version of Premise?” for more information on how to upgrade your app version.
The task market should now be updated! Please refresh the tasks in the Task tab by pulling down the screen until you see a “Loading” symbol.
Premise releases new tasks to complete throughout the day, so we recommend checking your app regularly as task availability often changes. If several days pass and you still cannot see any available tasks, please reach out to us under the Account tab.
