Refresh the Tasks tab by pulling down until you see a loading symbol and navigate to the Wallet tab to check for the following:
- You’re connected to a strong wifi or data connection.
- Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Your location services (GPS) are enabled (for Android devices) and set to high accuracy; your precise location is enabled for Premise (for iOS devices, version 14+).
- Your phone clock is set to update automatically.
- You’re using the latest version of the Premise app. See the article “How do I upgrade to the latest version of Premise?” for more information on how to upgrade your app version.
After taking all of these steps, please close and restart the app. If you continue to experience this issue, please reach out to us through in-app support or at support@premise.com
To save space, the Activities section under the Wallet tab holds at most 100 tasks. After you complete 100 tasks, the oldest tasks over 100 will no longer show.
