My task was accepted, but the payment hasn’t been added to my balance

Task earnings should be added to your balance within a few hours after your task has been accepted. If you still don't see your earnings updated after 24 hours, please contact us under the Account tab, so we can confirm that your earnings are processed properly.

To review your cashout history and cashout status, go to the Wallet tab and click the Activities section. Here you'll be able to see not only completed tasks but also cash out history. If you need more information about a specific transaction, just click on it for the amount and status of your cashout request.
