If the PayPal information you entered doesn't match an existing active PayPal account, you'll receive an error message when entering your PayPal information in Premise. We recommend taking the following steps:
1. Log into your PayPal account through the PayPal website to confirm that your account exists and is active. Remember to make sure you’ve completed the account verification progress.
2. Enter the email address under your PayPal account with no typos into the Premise app and a nickname (that can be any word or phrase that helps you remember which account you're using, for example, "My personal PayPal" or "My business PayPal").
If you still run into errors after completing these two steps, please contact us in the app and we will investigate further.
